Philosophy
We want you to see us clearly, so you can decide whether to show yourself to us. That is why this is written at length. Not as a lecture, not as a lesson. Simply as information about us, about working together — and what you can expect.
We speak to you informally. Not because respect or distance do not matter — both stay. Impulses and visions are personal. So we keep a personal, honest, open tone. Informal has worked for us so far. If you prefer formal, say so. We will follow that.
We show ourselves openly. What sounds good, we still check. Seals, labels, polished CVs and green tags can carry. They can also cover something else. We have seen that on several levels: behind organic, behind peace, behind equality, behind food, behind institutions and behind some NGOs. So we look at what remains. Less the label. More the thing itself.
Health, as we see it: you learn it by looking at the cause and changing it — not by fighting symptoms only. From experience we keep a distance from the pharmaceutical industry. Not out of hostility. From the question whether the offer serves the person, or mainly a market.
The same applies to other industries where financial gain often stands before the actual point. Advertising and marketing belong there when they steer instead of clarify. Forms that serve marketing more than the work and the larger whole, we leave out. We will not join where people are persuaded instead of invited.
Honesty is not elastic for us. Partnerships with us follow the intention — not the label. We do not do party politics. Whoever walks with us keeps their own judgement and the responsibility.
Titles, certificates, networks and connections are not a value in themselves for us. Value appears where use is visible and felt. Deeds count. Whoever can do something shows it where it is needed.
Insult and defamation are not our way. A soft, concrete no protects against quarrel and against losing the line. If that does not fit you, that is fine. Then we are probably not the right partner for your vision.
Following impulses and ideas should happen. Better to try ten times and keep one or two things that shine — than not to start at all.
So the invitation: show us your vision, your idea, your impulses. Let us look, talk, align and exchange experience together. What do we want to build? Where are questions open? Whether the direction stays or changes, we settle in quiet. Write to us. We look forward to developing this with you.
For clarity and readability we refrain from gendering the text, in keeping with every living being and every form of life.
